The Grendel's premium film specially manufactured to give the highest quality results available with dye based inks and the Wasatch RIP.

This film manufactured to exacting standards is the most flaw free film of any on the market, made to the highest standards for any film available on the market The Grendel's proof positive film represents the highest quality film available to the screen printing market for making positives with an ink jet printer.

The Grendel's premium film compared to the bargain priced films with thin ink emulsion layers is considered the pinnacle in quality. A quick overview reveals a much higher quality absorbent layer free of flaws common to the bargain priced films.

A microscopic comparison of The Grendel's premium film and the low priced lesser quality bargain products shows great differences in the absorbent emulsion layers.

The Grendel's proof positive film is a 4-mil optically clear heat- stabilized polyester base film with an ink passable and Ink absorbing emulsion layers on one side of the polyester film.

The Grendel's proof positive film has special Anti-curl and anti- static coatings for ease of handling.

The Grendel's proof positive film has extremely high dye based ink retention resulting in High D-Max (Density Maximum) products with Visual D-Max numbers of 3.75-4.0 and UV D-Max numbers from 2.96 to 3.74 (well above the 2.50 recommended by most emulsion manufactures)

The Grendel's proof positive film has extremely low D-Min (Density Minimum) film open area (non-inked clear areas) have a Visual light density of less than 0.065 D-Min and a UV light density of less than 0.125

The Grendel's proof positive film helps provide instantaneous ink drying that takes less than 1.5 seconds and creates a waterproof surface.

The Grendel's proof positive film is available in standard cut sheet sizes.
