Shur~LocŪ Mesh Panel

This is a yellow 305 Mesh Count, 34 Micron, 18x20 MZX, square bar roller frame mesh panel. This panel includes a pre-cut, pre-tucked, one-piece mesh panel. The patented Shur-LocŪ Fabric System includes mesh panels that quickly and easily snap into place in just seconds.

As part of the Shur-locŪ system, plastic connectors are affixed to a precision cut piece of fabric. These locking plastic connectors quickly snap into the frame channels, locking your mesh in place prior to tightening. The designs and shapes are representative of a fabric at its maximum tension. You simply snap in a new Shur-locŪ mesh panel and rotate the tubes of a frame to the desired tension. (see below diagram)

How to install a shur~locŪ panel

1). Insert the Shur-LocŪ locking strips into the channels as shown making sure they are centered and that no part of the strip extends into the hex area.

2). Rotate frame tubes to desire tension making sure the four channels are turned out at least 90 degrees and bolts are locked before beginning to tension. Tension parallel long tubes to same degree of tension (making sure both tubes are turned equally), then repeat the process for parallel short tubes.
