Our merchant account will NOT share any of this information except with your credit card bank and only to verify/authorize it to complete your order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties but may be used by The Grendel for advertising or informational purposes (see below information about our newsletter manager). These advertising/informational efforts will stop if you indicate you would like for them to. Our periodic email newsletters include links to permanently unsubscribe from any/all of our newsletter efforts.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog, additional information, or to request updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will NOT be used for this purpose if you request that it not be.

In order to keep our customers and other interested parties informed about things going on at The Grendel (such as upcoming class/workshop dates, new products/services, special deals, etcetera), we use a web based newsletter manager. This newsletter is periodically sent to keep our customers and other interested parties informed. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to this newsletter at any time using these links.

We do NOT share any information with outside vendors, companies or advertisers. We do not disclose any information outside of The Grendel except for order processing as described above and this information is kept strictly confidential per our confidentiality agreement and those with your financial institutions.
